Michael W. Carr — CEO

Michael W. Carr is a native of Detroit, Michigan. Educated in the Detroit Public School System, he went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Michigan State University.

Upon graduating from Michigan State, Mr. Carr began his professional career with IBM. He spent a total of 18 years at IBM in various sales, sales management and management consulting roles.

Always the entrepreneur, Mr. Carr exercised his entrepreneurial spirit in 2002 by leaving IBM to form Genesys Consulting, an IT consulting firm which specialized in server consolidation and systems integration consulting.

In 2005, Mr. Carr, along with partner Dennis Archer, Jr., launched ACS. As CEO of Archer Corporate Services, Mr. Carr guides the company’s strategic direction as focused on providing the country’s leading brands, including Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Michelin and General Motors.

Dennis W. Archer, Jr. – President

Dennis W. Archer, Jr. is Founding Principal and President of Michigan-based Archer Corporate Services. Mr. Archer is a graduate of the University of Michigan, receiving his Bachelor of Arts in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate in 1994.

Following his graduation from the University of Michigan School of Law, Mr. Archer worked with Graimark Realty Advisors as Director of Business Development. During his 6 years at Graimark, Mr. Archer originated,

facilitated and brought closure to a complicated international transaction that involved both domestic and foreign investors and partners. Mr. Archer successfully negotiated real estate and accelerated capital collection deals with many municipalities across the country and worked closely with Graimark/Walker’s partnership to develop Kmart anchored centers. Mr. Archer reported directly to the firm’s chairman, Charles E. Allen.

Immediately preceding the creation of ACS, Mr. Archer was the Station Manager and National Sales Manager for Radio One, Inc.’s Detroit properties, WDMK, WHTD and WCHB-AM. Radio One is a publicly traded media company with 70 radio stations in 22 markets and is the seventh largest radio broadcast company in the country – and the largest media company in the country targeting the African American audience – with more than 14 million weekly listeners. As Station Manager, Mr. Archer was responsible for the sales staff and overall day-to-day personnel management. As National Sales Manager, he was charged with developing national advertising clients and for achieving a several million dollar annual sales budget.

Mr. Archer maintains memberships with the following legal organizations: the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan and the Wolverine Bar Association. He is a life member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.

Mr. Archer is a member of the boards of:

	Nadeem Mumal – Chief Operating Officer Nadeem Mumal is the Chief Operating Officer for Archer Corporate Services. His responsibilities include operations, client services, human resources and finance. Prior to joining ACS, he spent 16 years at Hickory Farms in various roles. Most recently he served as Vice President of Logistics for a number of years, and in that position he had full P&L and operational responsibility for the production facilities, the customer contact center, and third party logistics and contract services partners. Mr. Mumal has a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a member of the CSCMP, IOPP and ISM organizations.
	Dawn Collins – Director, Client Services Dawn Collins was appointed to Director-Client Services in December of 2008. Dawn has been a key member of the ACS organization since December of 2005. She has over 13 years experience in the fulfillment marketing communication and collateral arena. In her current position, she is focused on business development through detailed business plans and sales strategies for our clients. Ms. Collins has extensive experience in warehousing, inventory management, customer service and end-to-end technology solutions that provide our clients with cost effective solutions for their business. Ms. Collins received a B.A. in Literature from the University of Michigan.
	Kathy Bimson – Director, Client Services Kathy Bimson has worked in the world of consumer promotions and client management for 20 years. She has served many major Fortune 500 clients, including Coca-Cola, Sprint/Nextel, Johnson & Johnson, Whirlpool, and Masterfoods, among others. Ms. Bimson's focus has been spent on improving and perfecting operations and client relationships through complex loyalty and consumer promotions. Prior to joining ACS in 2007, she worked for Archway Marketing supporting clients like Visa, Northwest Airlines and BellSouth.
	Geraldine Hemphill – Administrative Operations Manager Geraldine Hemphill started with ACS in 2005 bringing over 20 years of client services, fulfillment, administrative and customer service experience to the team.  As the Administrative Operations Manager, she manages a team of client service coordinators who ensure client projects, administrative and help desk functions are executed to meet client expectations.  Prior to joining ACS, Ms. Hemphill worked at Archway Marketing assisting automotive and retail clients such as Ford, Goodyear and Mars with fulfillment and inventory management activities.  In addition, Ms. Hemphill has worked for a commodities trading company and an automotive design firm.
	LaShantinette Whitaker – Controller LaShantinette (Shawn) Whitaker joined Archer as Controller in 2007.  Her responsibilities include managing the Accounting and Human Resource Departments.  She is responsible for all financial reporting and employee relations.  Ms. Whitaker is a graduate of Wayne State University earning a B.S. in Accounting in 2004.  She has over 8 years of experience in the accounting field.  Ms. Whitaker has worked as an Assistant Controller, Project Accountant and Auditor.  She is a member of the SHRM and NABA organizations.
