Account Coordinator

 

Position: Account Coordinator

LOCATION: BELLEVILLE, MI


PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:

Utilize communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills to complete Client projects in an accurate and timely manner.

MAJOR AREAS OF PERFORMANCE:

  • Communicate proposal and/or project specifications and changes to Account Manager and all operating departments via appropriate internal applications. 

  • Manage daily client activities and proactively respond to specific client needs on a timely basis. This includes monitoring daily reports and inventory levels, managing program correspondence, providing customer service support, monitoring client budgets, assisting with client billing, and quality checking all aspects of client projects.

  • Continually monitor all service areas to ensure that ACS is operating in a cost-effective manner.

  • Ability to grow and develop as the company expands.

  • Work 8:00am to 5:00pm with overtime as needed. Limited travel as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS) REQUIRED:

  • Self-motivated.

  • Ability to lead a Team.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent customer service and client communication skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • One to three years of related experience.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and others as required.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
